Project Development 101 – “Bringing It All Together” — is Part 1 of the 2-part series and focuses on bringing your vision to life by giving you the steps in planning and managing the development process, identifying resources, and highlighting a case study.  We will take you step-by-step in developing a master plan or project plan and walk you through what to expect in the pre-development phase and how to select your project professionals.
