Built in the early 1900s, Quarters M turns away from Navy Yard’s traditional Victorian Style architecture and reflects the more popular trend of Colonial Revival and Prairie Style influences that emerged at the turn of the century.
The architecture materializes in a symmetrical building plan, topped by a hipped roof, the use of central dormers, and wrapping porches. It's windows feature upper sashes of 12 panes over a single pane.
Quarters M is a former admiral’s quarters converted into office/showroom space along the waterfront. Suite A is available on the first floor..
The building is located on the Delaware River waterfront and offers open floor plans. This location also provides free parking in adjacent lot or on-street, easy access to public transportation and free Navy Yard shuttles, and KIZ tax advantages for qualified businesses.
