Join PIDC as we offer this 4-part series on the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) to provide you with all the details on RACP, including what it is, who is eligible, how to get started, how to access the grant, and how to ensure a successful project.

This 4-part series will run from Thursday, January 26, 2023 to February for four (4) consecutive Thursdays to bring you information that will clarify the program, help you get started, and finish your capital project.  Each session in the series focuses on the key components of a successful project and includes presenters who are RACP experts.

Session #4 – Winning a RACP Grant & Getting Through Construction

The funding may sound easy but getting through construction can be a challenge.  In this session you will learn how your project manager brings value in keeping the project on track, responding to the compliance requirements of the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), and ultimately receiving the grant reimbursement.
