Quarters M-5, one of the six iconic Quarters on Broad, is a unique and historic former officer's quarters at the Navy Yard. It was built in 1912 and designed by Rankin, Kellogg & Crane Architects. It is a two and a half story, brick, hip-roofed duplex, six bays wide and two bays deep.

M-5 consists of six over six, double hung windows and tripartite windows consisting of six over six sashes flanked by four over four, double hung sash windows -- each sweeping views of the Reserve Basin.

As a contributing building to the National Registry of Historic Places, it was renovated into a 2,600 square foot office building -- available for lease today!!
