Invitation to Bid for Roof Replacements at the Navy Yard- Philadelphia on behalf of the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (“PAID”) and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (“PIDC”), CBRE, Inc. (“CBRE”). Specifications for the work and bidding requirements are on the site. No bids will be accepted unless all forms are completed.

The objective of this project is to fully remove, remediate and replace a roofing system at a building or buidings within the Navy Yard per the specifications provided.
