As Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Anya Morrison Davis provides legal support to PIDC on a variety of financing and real estate matters, including small business lending, real estate development, and preparation and negotiation of related legal documentation.
Prior to joining PIDC, Anya worked as an associate at Zarwin, Baum, DeVito, Kaplan, Schaer & Toddy, P.C. representing institutional lenders and developers in finance and real estate transactions, as well as tax and title matters. Anya also represented clients in the corporate context, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, and corporate formation. Prior to attending law school, Anya worked as a legal assistant for a Phelan, Hallinan & Schmieg, where she handled loss mitigation and title claim matters.
Anya holds a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies from Gettysburg College.
